The detailed test about the whole process of small-caliber PDC bit is made by the thesis. We adopt the three kinds of welding methods of oxygen-ethyne flame,high frequency,high frequency to weld small-caliber PDC bit of three kinds. We also take the feasible test of the PDC fritting basal body directly. According to the forms of Polycrystalline Diamond Compact, based on hydraulic transmission theory and mechanical design theory, we design a tool to measure PDC bit weld intensity with design plan, detection method and measure procedure. And process and assemble into an intact checkout equipment to measure geological single-hose bit of PDCΦ75/49 and rope fetching core bit of PDC77Φ49. we use measure qualified bit alive, and observe their infixing effect and service life, comparing with electroplating diamond bit,hot pressing pregnant inlaying diamond bit and alloy bit used at the same time at the scene .This lesson has mainly carried on research to several following respects:1.This subject has carried on exploratory research about the application of intermediate frequency in PDC bit. Under the circumstances that the corresponding jig cooperates, intermediate frequency weld can realize the whole welding and improve the efficiency of welding greatly. Welding quality steadily is worth popularizing and using.2.According to target of infixing we design corresponding sintering body prescription,and choose frit craft parameter and protect the foot-path way. And strictly according to weld craft procedure, adopt high frequency weld, intermediate frequency weld, oxygen separately-ethyne flame weld three welding method to carry on welding PDC bit. Each has pluses and minuses in three kinds of welding methods, but only the craft of weld to choose aptly, three kinds of welding methods can all meet the job requirements for PDC bit.3.With the progress of technology of Polycrystalline Diamond Compact manufacturing,it make PDC manufacturing approach to Polycrystalline Diamond Compact friting at fritting body directly become possible. For proving feasibility of this method, this subject design corresponding sintering body prescription and frit craft parameter to make two PDC bit in this mean. The result shows: the connecting intensity of Polycrystalline Diamond Compact and frit body meet requirements for work, but Polycrystalline Diamond layer strip with the alloy-layer, and hot to damage seriously. this method is not feasible. It need to carry on further study about corresponding sintering body prescription and frit craft parameter.4.We put forward a set of more intact design plan, detection method and measure procedure on tools,according to the hydraulic transmission principle, combining the requirements of concrete job , by the contrasts of several plans. We also put forward the main structural design parameter, the functional design parameter , the process material type, and processing into sample. We carry on measuring the compound slices weld intensity of PDC bit that we produce in test .The result of test can reflect the quality of PDC welding.5.We use test specimen for live construction of infixing gray rock, comparing with other type aiguilles in respect of infixing prescription and service life, observing their difference. The result shows: the same type PDC bit average life span is 2-3 times of electroplated diamond bit, 2-2.5 times of the hot pressing friting diamond bit,and average prescription is1.5-2times of electroplated diamond aiguille,3-4 times of the hot pressing friting diamond bit. Generally, for the stratum of median soft, the service life of the hard alloy bit is 20-30m,Smaller than PDC bit far.
