With the application of fuzzy optimization in many daily economical fields, the fuzzy optimization programming is more and more important. It is a research hotspot of how to solve the fuzzy multilevel optimization problem recently. The fuzzy multilevel optimization problem is based on the bi-level fuzzy programming. In this paper, therefore, two kinds of bi-level fuzzy linear programming are mainly studied. One is bi-level fuzzy linear programming with fuzzy restriction. the other is bi-level fuzzy linear programming with fuzzy coefficients.Firstly, this paper introduces ordinary bi-level linear programming and the basic concepts about the fuzzy sets and their operations. Secondly, it introduces fuzzy linear programming problem and the Zimmermann method.In the third chapter, the author introduces a new method about the compositor of fuzzy number. The method is simple and more intuitionistic. It is applied in linear programming with fuzzy coefficients and bi-level fuzzy linear programming with fuzzy coefficients and translates them into the programming problems with certain coefficients.On a base of bi-level linear programming problem and fuzzy linear programming problem, the paper researches the method that how to solve bi-level fuzzy linear programming problem. It applies the Zimmermann method of fuzzy linear programming in bi-level fuzzy linear programming with fuzzy restriction. In this paper, the author introduces degree of membership and translates fuzzy linear programming into ordinary bi-level linear programming.
