The meso-damage of materials can not only influence the local property of material, but also affect the macro-property of materials. The principal of the derivation and evolution of the micro-damages and their effects on the material behavior are the topics of micro-damage research, and are the physical connotation which should be considered in the construction of microscopic model of material at the present and in the future. It is obvious that the damage and failure of the material are closely related to the existence of inclusions by the equipment failure and scientific research. The heterogeneity induced by inclusions will bring the complex local damage and evolution of material.A digital real-time holographic optical path was designe in order to meet the requirement of the large-scale inclusions' measurement.It was a part of the digital real-time holographic system which belonged to a project Group. Application development of the previous numerical calculation procedures for the inclusion of The local stress field was calculated with numerical calculation procedures which was developed and designed by predecessors.The stripes' initiation, expansion and closure evolution under tensile load was qualitatively analysised and descripted. A oretical research basis was provided to investigate the common role based on micro-and macro-scale inclusions interference fringes mechanism and the theory of equivalent inclusion experimental studies under tensile load. The specific contents was: The stress field was calculated whichwas about the multi-Cavity and the crackuseing the equivalent inclusion numerical the procedure from the Predecessors. Through calculating and analysising some of the more representative inclusions' configuration by a certain systematic summary. The interference mechanism of inclusions was researched. The interference mechanism of the inclusions was descripted and qualitatively analysised. It reflected the evolution of the stripes strain' inception and expansion. A variety of stress lines was numerically calculated, and was comparised with the interference fringes. It showed that it has the directly contact between the interference fringes of cracks and the strain, and It was feasible to measure strain by interference fringes. It provided a experimental basis for the further study about micro-scale and macro-scale inclusions' interference fringes mechanism and the equivalent inclusion' theory.
