The corncob was used as raw material, adding xylanase in cellulase hydrolytic process, and ultrafiltration technology was also applied in enzymolysis process in the goal of improving hydrolysis conversion. Study results as follows:During the intermittent reactions, the conditions of cellulase hydrolyzing and xylanase intensifying cellulase hydrolyzing have been studied. Inspecting the relationship between sugar producing quantity and the dosage of enzyme, the relationship between sugar producing quantity and the time . Cellulase adding xylanase could certainly improve the sugar yield. With xylanase dosage increasing, the effect of the sugar hydrolysis rate enhances is not to be obvious.UF technology is applied to hydrolysis process, which adopting the semi-intermittent operation. Inspecting the relationship between sugar producing quantity and the time in the condition of 50, 100FPIU/g, as well as the changes of sugar producing quantity compared with intermittent reaction. The sugar producing quantity increase 11.97% from the intermittent reaction to the semi-intermittent semi-continuous reaction in the condition of 50FPU/g, which is 12.74% in the condition of 100FPU/g.Adding 20IU/g, 40IU/g, 80IU/g xylanase separately in the condition of 50FPIU/g of semi-intermittent operation, the sugar producing can get to 3.18,15.73,19.17% compared with intermittent reaction, which can get to 21.82,21.28,19.96% in the condition of 100FPIU/g adding xylanase.Glucose produced by unit mass enzyme protein increases 5.84,8.06,15.84% separately by adding 20 IU/g,40IU/g,80IU/g xylanase in the condition of 50FPIU/g of semi-intermittent reaction. Cellobiose producing by unit mass enzyme protein is not significant. Glucose produced by unit mass enzyme protein increase 8.38,8.94,10.06% separately by adding 20,40,80 xylanase in the condition of 100FPIU/g of semi-intermittent reaction, which cellobiose increase 3.56,13.28,13.39%.
