| Jurgen Harbermas is a famous German philosopher and social theorist, the Frankfurt School' s second-generation head. The concept of science and technology is an important component of his theories. In today' s high-tech era of rapid development, science and technology increasingly impacts on the future and destiny of mankind. Science and technology, at the same time, has also brought certain negative consequences as well as the advantages , which attracts many intellectuals the close attention and serious thinking. Habermas as the most influential one, put forward a technology thinking based on the reason of communication, to build a reasonable social Construction. In this paper , I did a comprehensive and systematic analysis of Habermas' s philosophy of science and technology. In the light of his own philosophical thought itself, using philosophy of technology and sociology of science , I gave Habermas' s view on technical thought systematic analysis and evaluation.This paper starts with the point of view of Habermas' s "understanding and interest" . Through the exposition of the technology of interest and practical interest, the interest of the liberation, he clarified its critical social epistemology: in today' s advanced society, technology, created by the an outcome of technology interest, has been the abuse of the ruling clique, Bringing to the human misery and un-fortune. The practice of interest, people-to-people equal relationship, to a large extent, has been disrupted and destructed. In such circumstances, only guided by the criticism of the social science on the interest of the liberation , the majority can be out of class material deprivation and social tension and interpersonal difficulties as well. Habermas inherited the traditional criticism that the Frankfurt School critical technology will be combined with the ideology. But he rejected the idea that science and technology has always been ideological views and ideology as a technical and scientific overall negative attitude. In particular, Habermas thought it unreasonable that Marcuse put the function of scientific and technological progress and the false and deceptive social function caused by traditional ideology together. Habermas, from the nature of science and technology , grasped the sequence and substance of the high-tech development, and proposed that "science and technology are primary productive forces" . He also viewed that high-tech is a kind of invisible ideology. High-tech not only becomes the most revolutionary force of social development, but also impacts , as an ideology, on the whole humanity areas, the areas of production and life, including the spiritual area. Faced with the rationalization of the development of science and technology, Habermas thought that it is necessary to develop science and technology, but it can not be controlled and slaved. Only through constant reflection of scientific and technological, putting the technology into democratic dialogue, and combining it with democratic dialogue to discussion, can it eliminate the phenomenon of alienation, which is the core of Habermas' s technology development model and rational action theory .This paper give a systematic arrangement of philosophy of technology of Habermas on the theory of his communicative rationality. According his view, technology belongs to a kind of communicative behavior, by which he tells a deepening process of technology idea. That is the process from the social technology view of interests to the subjective technology view, towards to communicative behavior idea of technology. |
