The Research On The Application Of The Queueing Theory In The Queue Of Waiting Fuel Pump Repair

The theory and method of queuing theory(called stochastic service system) is already widely applied to various service system,and multi-server queuing systems are typical models of the queuing theory.Whether the servers take vacations or not has important impact on the performance measures and the economic profit of the system.In the paper,the queueing theory is used in the pump-repaired management,and in order to achieve the best operation condition,the auther analyze and study the problem in different kinds.Referenced paper 5 set up the M/M/n queueing Model of repaired pump.But in the practical situation,systemic capability is limited.In order to get realistic mathematic model,the paper established mutiple service window waiting system M/M/n/m queuein g Model based on the data of Referenced paper 5.Model parameter computation is established and received by using MATLAB software.The system,is optimized as well and the best number n of service windows are obtained.In order to let the repairing factory get maximum profit,the paper also introduced the M/M/n/m -queuing model with(e,d) policy vacation.Thus stationary probability distribution and the correlation index had been obtained.On the condition of the exact number of n,the paper optimized thesetting of systemic capability m.The scientific basis has been provided for the appropriate design and management to repairing factory.Finally,by the comparative target parameters at different tactics,the loyal advices are brought forward to make best use of all the resources of manpower,material and fund.
