In an accelerated degradation test, usually a very high stress may lead to a change in the degradation pattern, which need to be fitted by a suitable model. In chapter 2, existing methods are briefly introduced. In Chapter 3, a Weiner Process model with a parameter of change point is proposed to model this problem in a typical step-stress accelerated degradation test. In addition, Gibbs sampling method is used to estimate the parameters in this model. Based on Chapter3, chapter 4 apply this model to describe the same situation in a progressive-stress accelerated degradation test. Finally, performances of the proposed method are studied by simulation.
