Since the 1990s, the development of marine industry has been focused on both at home and abroad. It is necessary to share the marine data for the increasing demands of the marine information. Data is the most basic and comprehensive factor in marine management. Due to the present marine utilization data planted on different platforms without a good unification, it is of diverse formats and of different quality. When the data was processed uniformly management not being able to integrate for its multi-source problems proved an obstacle to the "digital marine" construction.The key technologies of the present marine utilization integration mainly include the data precision adjusting, data format transformation, coordinate transformation, attribute integration and object-oriented data management technology. The difficulties of present marine utilization integration mainly concentrate in:1,Lack of unified and consummation standard for present marine utilization data;2,Multi-source lead to spatial location uncertainty.3,The ocean is broad and don't have exact coordinate transformation parameters.With the support of the project of "Marine 908" in Jiangsu Province, the paper takes the present marine utilization data integration in Jiangsu Province as an example to study integration technologies and methods for attributes and spatial data. Mainly include: firstly, proposing a feasible method of deciding time divide and corresponding spatial precision for multi-scale present marine utilization data; Secondly, putting forward a series of relatively feasible standards for attribute data based on the study of existing related criteria; Thirdly ,oriented to the characteristics of marine data ,we study the method of coordinate transformation of marine utilization spatial data and realize it on the platform of Marine Management Information System; Fourthly, realizing a serious of related functions such as the creation of personal databases of Geodatabase and loading DWG/SHP files, Making marine graphic data using coordinate text files and attribute files and document management based on Geodatabse and so on.Based on 90 control points in Jiangsu Province, this paper calculates the four parameters for the transformation form 1954 Beijing Plane coordinate system to WGS-84 Gaussian plane coordinate system in Lianyungang, Yancheng and Nantong, which solves the problem in coordinate unification. In the investigation of marine utilization in Jiangsu Province, by applied data integration technolygies, this paper provides reliable marine utilization data for construction of "Digital Ocean".
