The Research On FDI Appropriate-Scale Of Hebei Province

In recent years,the FDI scale of Hebei Privince has kept stably increasing.The number had reached 2.014 billion dollars in 2006 which added 5.28 percent comparing last year.The FDI does a lot to Hebei Province economy developing by supplementing short-capital.But the foreign investors took the"occupying the market and get the most profit"policy depending on enormous capital,technology and Heibei Province preferential policy.So the FDI scale must match the economy developing level,namely there is a appropriate FDI scale.The text regards Hansen-Samuelson Acceleration Principle as basic theories,regards the FDI scale as study carrier,regards SPAA(Statistical Package for the Social Science)as study tools,regards Hebei Province FDI appropriate-scale and FDI forcasting-scale as study goal in research,the text analyzes the Hebei Province FDI present condition;There is a considerable research on influencing Hebei Province FDI scale factors.Basing on Hansen-Samuelson Acceleration Principle,this article constructs the FDI Appropriate-Scale fuction and FDI Forcasting-Scale function; According the functions,we get the Hebei Province FDI Appropriate-Scale and FDI Forcasting-Scale undering the present economy developing level,and at the end,we get the Hebei Province FDI scale is excessive from 2003 to 2005;Finally,in order to control FDI scale of Hebei Province and to keep the FDI quality,the author designs the goals of adjusted policy about the FDI scale, and put forward some concret measures to the policy of FDI scale from FDI original area,invest manner structure,industrial structure and distribution points.
