The East Tianshan is the base of mining which have superior minerogenetic conditions, abundant mineral resources. The types of ores in this area are comprehensive, and it is important minerogenetic district of petroleum, coal, uranium, iron, copper, nickel, gold, rock salt, Glauber's salt, kainite, stone material etc. in Xinjiang. Launching regional resources potentiality and further strengthening the geologic exploration in this district have important realistic meanings. Thus, it can promote the sustainable development of the economy of mining industry of this area.This dissertation is finished on the basis of collecting the predecessors' achievements, and brings to successes by field autoptical and studies in doors. This thesis analyzes and process the looking for ore information from different channels based on multi-information data of Southwest Kumtagsha long in geology, physical exploration, chemical exploration, remote sensing, scientific research, and under the guidance of the modern theory of mineralizing, using the GIS technology to study the multi-information data. After the prediction of the comprehensive appraisal of resource, and the analyses of materials, the author circles the Permissible ore ?finding area, Preferable ore ?finding area and the Potential mineral resource area. Meanwhile, this dissertation offers guidance for the looking for mineral resources in the future.
