The northern Tianshan Mountains of Xinjiang and the northern part of the Junggar Basin and their surrounding areas are the main ephemerals plants in the area. In shallow zone of northern Tianshan Mountains and Altai Mountains, seven plots were selected to analyze the species construction and soil physicochemical properties. Two typical sites of 10m×10m were chosen in each sample. At the same time, at the middle of the Tianshan Mountains in the shallow North Mountain area, a typical Arabidopsis thaliana habitat of 50m×50m was chosen and the space features and relationship of Arabidopsis thaliana with its adjacent species a were studied. The main results were as follow:(1) Though the observation of phenological characteristics of Arabidopsis and their relatives: the four kinds of plants had earlier germination time, a relatively short life cycle, a long reproductive cycle, and they were typical escape-ephemerals plants. Except temperature and light, rainfall was also a major facto that affected Xinjiang ephemerals Plant Phenology.(2) Ripley's K (d) function was used to analyze the relationship of Arabidopsis with its neighboring species and their spatial characteristics. The results indicated that natural populations of Arabidopsis thaliana only distributed in the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains. The distribution of Arabidopsis thaliana had great differences with Malcolmia africana, Salsola brachiata, Suaeda dendroides and Ceratocarpus arenarius. Point pattern analysis discovered that Arabidopsis thaliana took on gathered distribution. Arabidopsis with different cover the spatial association of Seriphidium kaschgaricum larger difference only with the strain, the positive association between the strains found in Arabidopsis and cover the lower Salsola brachiat and more frequency distribution Low Suaeda dendroides, Ceratocarpus arenarius was a certain scale, such as a significant negative correlation with related Arabidopsis pumila, Tetracme quadricornis, Leptaleum filifolium, Alyssum desertorum and Lappula semiglabra was not a significant positive correlation.(3) The studies on population diversity and habitat suitability of Arabidopsis thaliana revealed: the northern part of Tianshan natural populations of Arabidopsis thaliana species were found in 21 families,58genera and 70 species, which can be divided into four types, genera overall structure is relatively simple. The kind of community, the species diversity index varies. Tianshan Mountains that natural populations of Arabidopsis thaliana is an important distribution area. Arabidopsis north of the Tianshan Mountains Habitat Qunsheng natural habitat suitability study found that the performance of a good adaptability, Arabidopsis precipitation distribution in the northern part of Tianshan the main constraints. In this study, phenological characteristics, the spatial distribution of resources, and the suitability of Arabidopsis thaliana in the northern part of Tianshan were studied. The results of this study could enrich the domestic natural populations of Arabidopsis thaliana community characteristics and adaptive research, and greatly promote the development and utilization of resources in Arabidopsis in China. This research could provide reference for the adaptation mechanism and ecological differentiation. This work could enrich the research in the field of Arabidopsis.
