Global Positioning System (GPS) plays an important role in military and civil use by providing services of high precision positioning, velocity and timing in all weathers and all-day. The number of applications of the GPS is larger than we can count. Although the GPS is clearly the accurate worldwide navigation positioning system,it still can exhibit significant errors. By understanding these errors,the user can both hope to understand the limitation of the GPS and to reduce these errors'effects.In this dissertation the main content is about errors in GPS navigation positioning. Some kinds of errors'principiums and correction formulas in GPS are analysed systematically, such as ionospheric error correction, tropospheric error correction, multipath effect correction, relativistic effect correction, and receiver antenna phase center offset correction. So GPS navigation positioning precision can be improved.The ionosphere is an important error source of GPS. In this dissertation the physical situation of ionosphere is presented, GPS signals'spread in ionosphere and the main effects on the GPS signals of ionosphere are further studied. Several ionospheric delaying and correcting models are summarized. The construction of Klobuchar model and its calculation are finally expounded. The tropospheric refraction error is an important error of GPS navigation positioning. The authors introduce the nature of tropospheric delay and the effects on GPS navigation positioning. Several ionospheric delaying and correcting models are summarized. Multipath is one of conditions linchpin factors to advance ulteriorly precision of GPS navigation positioning. This paper has ciphered out Multipath error's model which most affect GPS navigation positioning precision and reflected signal in condition of mirror's reflecting, according to the characteristic of Multipath disturbed signal. The dissertation discusses some errors of satellite and receiver. In the end of the dissertation simulates some errors'correcting modles with data, and analyses the results.
