By through oil-water emulsion's static experiment under combination of high frequency-pulse electric and centrifugal fields, main electric and flow of experiment device factors that affect oil-water emulsion'separation efficiency are concluded and then applying optimized factors , pair-comparison experiment to single pulse electric field has been done. We conclude that oil-water emulsion'separation efficiency is higher and faster to complete the process of separation under the combination of high frequency-pulse electric and centrifugal fields. In order to seek for the rule of emulsion's concentration and sedimentation and further to research separation mechanism, the original applies Fluent, fluid dynamics software, to conduct mathematic simulation. After that, not only the rules of oil and water droplet movement are concluded, but it has something to do with the theory conduction of device optimization.
