Based on the knowledge of petroleum geology, logging and geophysics exploration, through using a plenty of data of geological logging, drilling, well logging, seismic reservoir prediction, and under the precondition of the elaborate evaluation for the oil pool of exploitation area ,the structure, reservoir beds, sedimentary microfacies,oil and gas reserves and the main factor controlling the oil and gas in Mu Southwest Structure Zone of Fu-Xin Uplift Structure of Songliao Basin had been studied in this paper . Firstly the reservoir feature, sedimentary microfacies of Mu Southwest had been analyzed through logging data and rock core analytical data and thus it had been believed that Fuyu oil zone was the low porosity and specially low permeability micro fracture reservoir zone belonging to the underwater river facies in the prodetlaic plain. Then oil and gas reserves of Qian-48 area had been calculated in the paper through using oil zones logging data. Thirdly it had been pointed out that the important condition which to form oil and gas pool was the cooperation of the fault feature, reservoir extensibility, bed formation micro fracture and geological structure. In the end, through the study of the main factor forming oil and gas pool and the analysis of the formation cause for the oil and gas pool, it had been concluded that Qian-55 and Qian-48A areas were the favorable oil-bearing goal areas and at the same time the next exploration work has been deployed.
