OCT is a new-style of biomedical photonics imaging technology, by using backwards scattering and reflex to imaging the inside structure of the transparency, you can get the clear tomography images of retina, cutis and some other biology-organisms. So high resolution,non-invasion and good performance on living object inspection are the advantages of OCT.The keystone and the implement technology of the OCT system were discussed in this paper. Aiming at miniaturization and practicality, the design and manufacture of the three-dimension FOCT were studied, using the fiber Michelson interferometer and the difference receiving sets, simplified the optical path, restrained the direct-current noise, improved the SNR of the inspect system, introduced dynamic optical path delay, working with the short-focus lens and the design of 3-D stepper motor formed movement with static double-optical path delay scanning system, not only satisfied the requirements of the system, but also enhanced the scanning-speed and the detection-depth; by selecting 1550nm wide spectrum light source and high N.A, enhanced the horizontal and the vertical resolving power, ensured the detection depth. We built OCT system in the lab to imaging the standard patterns and the biology organisms and obtained the structure pictures whit high quality. The results indicate that OCT system can obtain the structure information of biology organisms with high resolution, has the advantages of miniaturization, integration and high performance-to-price ratio, and can be used in the fields of biomedicine inspection and imaging lab research or the field of clinic diagnoses.
