This paper was depended on the research of Ferula fukanensis growth populations which was divided into three plots according different height and terrain: plotⅠwas 500~600m high and plotⅡwith 500~600 m strike ravine while plotⅢmore than 600m high. The method of the open country combining with interior experiment was adopted for opening out the environment condition about the growth field of F. fukanensis. Describing the space quantity of population on growth field, find out the basic law of distribution and seed germination, competition between different populations and change of contents about carbohydrate and nitrogen within their growth period. In order to analyze the effect of environment on F. fukanensis population changes, seed growth sprouting, carbon and nitrogen contents change in the growth period, and the relationship between different factors. It offered the basis for protection of F. fukanensis resources, continuable development and advance on artificially planting, it also make great contribution to the species diversity protection. And some further studies was made, the result shows as follows:1. The spatial distribution patterns of the three populations. The whole spatial distribution patterns of all the three F. fukanensis population are mainly the clumped type. The conglomeration intensity attain the most in plotⅢ. We also studied the distribution patterns of the young and adult individuals respectively in the three populations as well as in other several concomitant species in the communities in which F. fukanensis lives. The distribution patterns of the three populations are mainly the clumped type. Analyzing the distribution patterns of the young and adult individuals of the three populations respectively show that they all fall into the clumped type. plotⅠand plotⅢare the fact that adult is higher than young individuals in the clumped intensity while both adult and young individuals is low in the plotⅡ.2. F. fukanensi shows notably positive correlations between the whole population relation among species when the hight attain 500~600 m .which shows that the species in the communities are interdependent, among all the species of plotⅡand with more than 600 m height shows notably negative correlations. Ferula fukanensis and Salsola brachiata,Trigonella arcuata C.A.,Malcolmia hispida Litw. are positive correlations, while Seriphidium borotalense is independent in plotⅠ. Ferula fukanensis and Seriphidium borotalense are notably positive correlations and is notably negative correlations with Atriplex tatarica in plotⅡ. Ferula fukanensis and Atriplex tatarica, Zygophyllum jaxarticum Popov are positive correlations plotⅢ.3. The seed of F. fukanensis need the condition of 4℃to bourgeon, Germinative energy,Germination index concentrated about 30~40 d , the seed of F. fukanensis is slow bourgeon seed. The conditions of filter paper is better than silver sand showed by bourgeon of the seed of F. fukanensis while silver sand is better filter paper when the growth of radicel.4. By Estimating, the contents of soluble saccharides and whole carbon during the growing period of F. fukanensis are decreasing. The content of carbohydratein the one old is the most in the plant. The carbon during the growth period of the plant is decreasing and the need for nitrogen are not high, so the sensitive to dry environment was decreased, The rates between contents about carbon and nitrogen is increasing within their growth period.
