| The essential content of Optimization and Control of the system is that,getting the system's utmost effect and efficiency,optimizing continuously with the changing of conditions,ensuring it was undercontroled to achieve the goal.The theories of Optimization and Control point out that if system want to get its utmost using value,continuous optimization and control are the basic conditions.An idea of Optimization and Control are very important to the system is given by this article,the thesis provides the necessary conditions of system's continuous Optimization and Control,using the linear layout,object layout and integration techniques with WK's international logistics system as the research antetype.The article mainly analyses the international logistics system of WK with the theories of system and control.WK is the largest and oldest logistics company in china and is changing from a traditional state-owned company to a modern company with the same and normal operation flow,and it's international logistics system includes lots of subsystems such as international forwarding,international shipping agent,international express,international transportation,international storage and international logistics center,and forwarding subsystem is more important than others.WK's international logistics system is the main stypebook in the research of this thesis, and some following major work was done to analyse the system.Firstly,the thesis introduces the actuality of development and research of international logistic system in domestic and oversea,background and significance;then introduces the theories of system and control and the usage in the logistics operation;lastly,the article uses WK's international logistics system as the research stylebook to analyse all subsystems' operation efficiency with the theories of system and control,and gives the optimizing methods for the whole international logistics system to get the utmost operation efficiency on the basis of the achievement of goal.
