The post-stack seismic data deconvolution and impedance inversion is an technology in the improve resolution and reservoir prediction and discrimination. Deconvolution's basic theory is that reflectivity sequence is obtained according to the deconvolution of the seismic efficiency wave and wavelet. Wave impedance inversion calculate to the physical parameters wave impedance which reflect the physical property changes, which is the final expression form of high resolution seismic data processing. In order to improve the seismic data resolution and computing speed, this article adopted the sparse constraint deconvolution method technology which is introduced by Pro. Mauricio D Sacchi from the Department of Physics, University of Alberta, the technology can abstract seismic wavelet and reflectivity. After using the technology to process the seismic data, improving the resolution, widen effective frequency width, improving the conventional deconvolution method to process the phenomenon which the signal-noise ratio is reduced as the same time the resolution is improved. Finally, the signal-noise radio is keep well. In addition, this article also uses the high accuracy and fast convergence of the preconditioned conjugate gradient (PCG) algorithm solve the sparse deconvolution which is processed regularly, and the task of the seismic wavelet and the reflection coefficient is iterative at the same time, improving the conventional deconvolution algorithm for the stability and improve the computing speed, the results is achieved very good. After the reflectivity is gained that based on the preconditioned conjugate gradient (PCG) algorithm for the sparse constraint deconvolution. In this paper, then research the wave impedance inversion with the sparse constraint deconvolution. According to contrast sparse constraint deconvolution with two conventional deconvolution, the result can show that seismic wave impedance inversion come back broad band wave impedance information from the limited frequency bandwidth of seismic data and improve the resolution. In the end, research the logging wave impedance inversion when have the logging constraint based on the sparse deconvolution, which combing the phase axis changes seismic boundary information with the high resolution logging wave impedance information, so improve the accuracy of the seismic data interpretation.Theoretical model and the actual data processing and frequency analysis results show that the sparse constraint deconvolution can efficient to abstract seismic wavelet and reflectivity based on the PCG. With two conventional deconvolution processing results show that the PCG method calculate the reflectivity and seismic wavelet have high resolution, fast convergence and data stability and practical. In addition, the research of wave impedance inversion based on sparse constraint deconvolution show that the result improved accuracy. Based on the PCG method under the sparse constraint deconvolution of the logging constraint impedance inversion, which improver the frequency width of seismic data effectively, and improve the resolution, have a good application prospects.
