Sense is a question in the philosophy long river. This paper starts from the argument of the history of sense-data in order to reveal that there is different between Crick's biological reductionism and Austin's sense-data theory. Crick's biological reductionism as biology's theory is correct, but the philosophical views can't be drawn from his biological reductionism. Some Crick's scientific facts are very similar with Ayer's sense-data theories. Sense as a philosophical problem is impossible to solve from the scientific facts. It relies on the scientific facts, but it must involve in the analysis of conceptions and the rational thinking of world's experience. Therefore, the argument between Austin and Ayer is carried out from the philosophical analysis of conceptions, not from crick's biological theory. In this paper, I want to explain that sense question in the philosophy and in the biology are two typical problems.
