The development of high-pressure electric measurement as a way of in-situ basic electric properties measurement plsys an indispensable role in the high-pressure research and study .In this paper we have carried out in-situ angle dispersive X-ray diffraction (ADXRD) through a combination of Synchrotron and DAC techniques. The results of ADXRD provide concrete evidence for structural phase transition. Specifically, we integrate a microcircuit on the anvil of DAC using thin film sputtering and photolithograph techniques . The principles of high-pressure phase transition and the mechanism of conductivity are generally revealed by utilizing Van-der-pauw methods Under external pressure the structure of the matter will be changed, which results in the change of electron transport accordingly. According to the pressure dependence of the electrical conductivity,we can find the underlying transition. With the experimental technique of in-situ high-pressure measurement, the electrical transport behavior is investigated systematically on the samples of CaB4,Bi2Sr2CoO6+x(0.4
