Electric power is of essential importance to national energy supply.It is consisted of power generation,power transmission transformation and distribution,among which, power distribution network is directly linked with the ultimate customers.Both power enterprises and customers are expecting a higher level on power supply reliability of the distribution network for the operation quality of the distribution network would produce immediate impact to the customers' power using condition.The organic integration and continuous development of spatial date processing technology and 3S technologies(namely GIS,GPS and RS) have provided an assurance to the operation efficiency of the distribution network.From this perspective,how to make the best use of these technologies becomes the major issue this essay is going to address with.With respect to distribution network management,the issue closely relates to the network structure,and spatial layout of distribution equipment and customers.To do a better job on network equipment management,operation management,production dispatch and planning and design,it is not only necessary to know about the network's topology relationship and equipment status but also to have a clear picture of their spatial position.Therefore,it is a must to put the equipment and its spatial geographical coordinate feature position under one overall management program. However,traditional management over relational database is hard to express its complex spatial relation,nevertheless to say to provide direct and visual information combined with essential geographical elements.Spatial data processing is strong with the function of spatial data management,spatial analysis and data videoing,thus effectively addresses the problems related to distribution network.It provides for a composite analysis and retrieval of spatial positioning data,makes use of database technique to correspond spatial data(transformer substation,pole tower,etc) to attribute data(e.g.equipment operation,tidal distribution),and of visual image to search,count and output,which enables users to accomplish all work directly on geographical backdrop resulting in maximum optimization of power distribution management efficiency.This essay is included with the following contents:Firstly,this essay has proposed spatial data processing system model of the distribution network,which includes spatial database model,on/off power visual submodel,failure positioning submodel and emergency-repair task allocation submodel.Detailed discussions are given to the constructing process regarding on/off power visualization submodel,failure positioning submodel and emergency-repair submodel.Among which,on/off power visualization submodel is based on graph theory with consideration of topology structure of the distribution network.It studies distribution network topology method with the philosophy based on spatial data processing and classifies,according to electric features of the distribution network,the electric equipment into four kinds namely power source,switch,users and feeder line. In accordance with spatial data processing topology analysis model elements,the electric equipment is converted to nodal point model corresponding to topology analysis elements.Thus the topology model is set up based on spatial data processing and further avails the design regarding on/off power visualization submodel also based on spatial data processing.The failure positioning submodel is based on failure positioning theory with consideration of Bayes probability formula in likelihood ratio form,which avails the design of failure positioning submodel in likelihood ratio form of Bayes probability formula on the basis of spatial data processing.Emergency repair task allocation submodel integrates failure expert system,best emergency repair path and emergency repair task internal resource adjusting system to conduct the design of this model.The failure expert system is to enter into historical failure database and automatically input failure information to check out whether there is any matching failure information.The best emergency repair path is to dispatch repair personnel in the shortest time according to location of the failed equipment and repair personnel. The internal resource adjusting system is to most wisely allocate and adjust repair personnel,task and time in line with key paths to realize control over repair time.In other words,it is to make the best allocation of repair task through the best use of time and resource.Secondly,core algorithm is constructed on the basis of the proposed model,which mainly includes on/off power algorithm,system failure positioning algorithm and optimized emergency repair task allocation algorithm.Finally,along with detailed introductions to system software operation platform and spatial data organization,the proposed model is applied to the spatial data processing system of the distribution network of Nanyang City,which demonstrates a vivid picture of simulated operation condition.
