The Discussion Of Relationship Between Social Technology And Institution

Technology has been the focus of Philosophy of Science and Technology. In recent years, natural technology has greatly improved people's lives. However, more and more people began to criticize the negative effects of the natural technology, even suspected the existence of natural technology.Problems caused by technology must be resolved by the technology itself. Therefore, from a higher point of view, it is necessary that expand and deepen theconnotation and extension of technology.Social technology has been the concern of scholars since it be generated. And it has caused a great sensation in the domestic academic. But, scholars have problems with the method in the study, with the deepening of social and technical studies. Most scholars of social research have a level in the theoretical or philosophy, almost no extension to the exploration of practice. So social technology always remains in the academic, there is no reality to play the role as a technology. We will learn from natural technology in the process of social technology research. Because the natural technology has a relatively mature research framework and research methods. However, the social technology, after all, has its own uniqueness. It has its own research methods, theoretical framework. Only aware of this, it will be possible to find a breakthrough in the process of social technology research.On the basis of carding, summing up the results of previous scholars, this paper presents a new research method of social technology. Nature is complex. And human society is more complex. Therefore, social technology must have its special nature. If there is no intermediary, it can not act on the practice. By comparing the social technology and the institution, we believe that the institution can be integrated into the social technology research areas. Moreover, the operational and practical features of the institution have just to make up the deficiencies of the existing social technology. Institution can be used as an intermediary of social technology. And then, this paper also explored how did social technology realize through the institution, and try to make a connection with "social technology------institution------society application".
