The ore-blending work is a day-to-day work of open pit production. How to carry out scientific and rational allocation of ore will have a direct impact on the stability of open pit ore grade. In this article, the geographic information system(GIS) technology and the linear programming principle have been used in day-to-day open-pit mine production, and have developed a management information system of open-pit mine with production.Based on the actual situation in open-pit mine production, this system can make short-term production plans scientifically and adjust the production schedules timely, ensuring the flexibility, rationality and scientific nature of the ore-blending work. This article has mainly completed the following several aspect works:(1)This article conducts the thorough research on GIS(Geographic Information System),the GPS,the GPRS,and MapX technology, which have been used in the system.(2)In this article, the mathematical model of ore-blending questions has been established, which is proposed and implemented a computer algorithm.(3)Through the status quo simulation of the mining area,it realizes the grade line graphs'arbitrary and automatic drawing based on the triangulation algorithm,in order to provide a basis for the graphical ore work.(4)This article studies the open-pit mine management system's demand analysis, and developed the software of the open pit mine management system based on the GIS.(5)The whole system's actual deployment has been conducted in the Henan Molybdenum Company, and the hardware and software's installation, testing, debugging and trial operation have been successfully completed, the system is running in good condition and to achieve the desired results and objectives.
