The cave animals of Hebian Cave of Qingren Valley,Guiyang,and Yantan Cave of Xiuwen in Guizhou were regarded as the main investigating target.The community structure of cave animal and their spatial distribution were investigated and analyzed. Through systematical investigation in July,2008,3123 samples were collected in Hebian Cave of Qingren Valley,They were 45 species belonging to 3 phyla 8 classes 7 orders 33 families. 345 samples were collected in Yantan cave,they were 28 species belonging to 3 phyla 7 classes 7 orders 23 families.According to the difference of species and individual quantity,the cave animals are composed of 6 animals community such as A,B,C, D,E,F.It's preliminarily studied that the index of richness (D),index of dominance(C),index of diversity(H′) and index of evenness(J′)and similarity index between every two communities,and the correlation between each diversity index and environmental factors.The results of the analysis showed that the higest index of richness was community D(4.6042),the lowest one was community F(1.3630) The highest index of diversity was community D(2.7726),the lowest one was community F((1.2432)).The highest index of evenness was community D (0.8780),the lowest one was community C(0.4844).The highest index of dominance was community A(0.4189) the lowest one was community D(0.0220) And the degree of richness gradation of every community from the highest to the lowest was the as following:D>A>C>B>E>F,the index of diversity gradation of every community from the highest to the lowest was as the following:D >E >C >A >B >F The highest similarity index was between community B and C(0.6923),the lowest similarity index was between community B and F (0.0137).The similarity index between neighboring community in the same cave was higher,but similarity index in different community with longer distance and the different cave was lower. Through diversity index and environmental factors were correlation,the results of analysis showed that the index of dominance(C)and index ofdiversity(H′) had the significant correlation with pH of soii(0.899),the degree of evenness(J′) had the negative correlation with pH of soii(-0.976).Beside,contents of eight heavy metal elements in six animal samples in Hebian Cave of Qingren Valley and Yantan Cave were analyzed.The results of content of heavy metal showed that the different animal had the different content of heavy metal, contents of Zn and Cu were higher,contents of Pb,As and Cd were lower.It was analyzed that the relation between the remained content of heavy metal of six animal species in the two caves and the enrichment index of heavy metal and they were analyzed and part of environmental factors.The results of which showed that enrichment index of heavy metal of diplopod had the significantly correlation with content of organic matter in soil and pH of soil and content of calcium in soil. The results of showed that contents of heavy metal in diplopod had significant correlation with pH of soil or water and phosphorus in soil,and it had not correlation with other environmental factors in soil.
