512 Wenchuan earthquake and a large number of collapse and landslide secondary geological disasters are directly induced by the earthquake, has created the fatal destruction to the road system of disaster area, to the post-earthquake rescue and after-disaster reconstruction has brought huge problems.This paper chooses Dujiangyan-Wenchuan highway(Du-wen highway) to do is the object of study, based on Geographic Information System (GIS), Remote Sensing (RS) and Database technology, has completed collapse and landslide disaster interpretation and the disaster space database construction of the study area; has analyzed the collapse and landslide disaster and various environment foundation factor spatial distribution relations. Used the cumulative- sum-transform fractal theory which the use fractal theory evolves, has analyzed the fractal characteristic of collapse and landslide disaster in various environment foundation factor, and differentiates various foundations factor based on fractal dimension value to form the function to the collapse and landslide disaster. Used the analytic hierarchy process and fractal dimension value,have determined the weight of various environment foundation factor in the study area danger evaluation. Using the information model, the information weight model, the CF value model and the weighting CF value model, according to the geological disaster progressive thought, to the study area make the overall area evaluation and regionalization. Finally, on the basis of research area actual situation and the reconstruction technical manual of the road restores after Wenchuan earthquake, proposed that the principle and the method of disaster prevents and controls.
