With the development of the urbanization process, water demand growth is also beneficial at the same time, there have been varying degrees of excessive extraction of groundwater, causing environmental geology problem and water for industrial and agricultural and other social issues; The universality of the world's problems, including the scientific community has given rise to the entire agency, including a high degree of concern. Many experts and scholars on the causes of exploitation, discrimination and harm prevention and treatment means a great deal of research and so on, but on the evaluation method of exploitation is relatively small, and the right to obtain an objective evaluation method is the basis of evaluation results.The thesis is as an example to Huaibei and Suzhou cities of different hydro-geological conditions of the excessive extraction of evaluation methods. Suzhou City, the regional Cenozoic loose thickness of about 200m, where are two sets of aquifer development group, following the Department of pore confined water aquifer layer group for the purpose of exploitation; according to established conceptual model of groundwater flow system to discuss the composition of sustainable production; in accordance with established mathematical model of groundwater flow system, with Visul Modflow software, evaluation of the use of numerical simulation methods for sustainable production; re-use extraction method to evaluate the Research on the state of groundwater mining. Huaibei City is the exploitation of karst fissure water, heterogeneous karst fissures, the system of complex groundwater flow pattern; in accordance with the water level auto-correlation characteristics significantly, the establishment of water level since the reunification and multiple regression coupled with dynamic simulation model of water level, combined with the actual water level in the dynamic simulation results, the coupling methods on the underlying causes of the application; from excessive extraction of water for a fair discussion of the critical point of water (corresponding to the sustainable production) to determine the methods, combined with the mining method, evaluation of the study area of the fracture-karst water exploitation state. Course of the study, Suzhou, Huaibei Mining coefficient is used in the two cities are 0.218,0.15. Evaluation results show that belonging to the general over-exploitation in Suzhou City, Huaibei City, a temporary state in the over-exploitation.On this basis, according to the study area and the status quo level of series of water resources in the composition of the evaluation results, based on "Guidelines exploitation" of the relevant provisions of the limited development of mining technology program, and limited groundwater Huaibei mining area to provide a technical solution.
