In this paper the species composition of sub-aerial blue-green algae were studied, which were on lava of Longmenshizhai,Fanhuashihai,Laohei Mountain and Huoshan Mountain of Wudalianchi . To compare with the experiment result of Wangtiane Canyon (Raoxin have studied the Sub-aerial Blue-green Algae in Canyon of Wangtiane in 2007), the relations between correlated ecological factors and species composition were also discussed and analyzed.558 pieces of sub-aerial blue-green algae specimens were collected from Longmenshizhai,Fanhuashihai,Laohei Mountain and Huoshan Mountain of Wudalianchi of Heilongjiang Province in August, 2006 (Linyimeng have studied the Sub-aerial Blue-green Algae of Fanhuashihai in 2005). Then they were identified by optical microscope. The result showed that there were 82 species and 5 varieties on lava of Wudalianchi, which belonged to 6 families, 18 genera. Among them 1 genera, 9 species were first recorded in Heilongjiang. The study, wudalianchi and Wangtianein canyon were choosed to study, which differentiated in formation time, landform and vegetation. In the research process of sub-aerial blue-green algae in Wudalianchi (Linyimeng have studied the Sub-aerial Blue-green Algae of Fanhuashihai in 2005), the species composition and distributed characteristic of sub-aerial blue-green algae in Wudalianchi were expounded. Through laboratory appraisal and species analysis, the systematic retrieval table of each family of sub-aerial blue-green algae also were compiled in Wudalianchi. To compare with the experiment result of Wangtiane canyon (Raoxin have studied the Sub-aerial Blue-green Algaein in Canyon of Wangtiane in 2007), the emergent frequencies and times of each families and each genus between two were statisticed, ten of the two at random were compared with, and the influence factors of distributional difference of blue-green algae were analysised. The study showed that temperature, illumination, precipitation and air humidity could influence distribution of sub-aerial blue-green algae, and landform, growth groundmass and plants crown density also had some effect in distribution of sub-aerial blue-green algae.
