In most of the experiments, the interaction of quantum state is very weak, this makes it extremely difficult to preparation of entanglement. So how to make better and faster system produces entangled in recent years is the key and difficult point. This paper discussed about quantum entanglement and how to effectively realize entanglement. And give a detail introduction about a new physical parameter which was proposed in the past years—entanglement rate, which is used to mark the entanglement capacity of Hamiltonian interaction.The concept of entanglement rate which is used to indicate the entanglement capacity of an interacting Hamiltonian is introduced. It can be possible to prepare effectively the entangled states through the calculation of the entanglement rate. It means that when entanglement rate arrive the maximal value, quantum system may be in the most effective state to show the possibly optimal entanglement. If we want to use the best way to preparation of entanglement, we should let system in the state with maximal entanglement rate.The related models studied in the paper are J-C model and T-C model. The explicit description of the states corresponding to the maximal entanglement rate is give, as well as the computer simulation.The exact values of physical variables as the entanglement rate reaches the maximum are discussed in the third part of the paper. It can provide the condition in which the entanglement of particles can be very efficient.
