In this paper, on the basis of the theory of heat transfer and background radiation, the solar, sky , ocean background radiation for different zenith angle and observing altitude is calculated by MODTRAN, a model of atmospheric radiation and transmission. Through the heat environment of ocean target is analyzed, the heat flow of the solar, atmosphere and ocean straight radiation is given. Integrated the angle modulus conception of all kind of background radiate and exchange heat, the angle modulus between object and all kind of background is calculated as well as each surface cell. Consider the contribution of ocean reflect radiation, air convent and exchange heat, the theoretical calculation models about temperature field on the surface of the object are founded using node network technique. Respectively, the temperature field on the surface of a column object is calculation for example with different season, observe time, ocean instance and height of object above ocean, radiate brightness in different observing angle is also given. Analyzing the effect of all the background to the object, giving the common infrared radiation disciplinarian of the object in waves 3 ~ 5μm. It offers a good many basic dates for infrared weapon system to enhance the precision and survive ability of explore, orientate, classify, identify and track.
