In this paper, the nutritional condition and culture condition of laccase production using solid-state fermentation by C.versicolor, expansion of the C.versicolor seed,co-culture between C.versicolor and Trichoderma as well as the application in dyes degradation by laccase were studied, the main results are as follows:(1)The optimal condition of solid-state fermentation:the ratio of wheat bran and peanut shells is 1:1;the optimal moisture content, inoculum size, culture temperature and initial pH were 70%,20%,30℃and 4.0 respectively;the optimal concentration of glucose in liquid nutrients is 0.5%.Laccase activity could be 139.1U/g raw material after 10d,which was four times than before.(2)High laccase activity was obtained by solid-state fermentation after 10 days by plating. Laccase activity got to the top in 9 days by liquid seed inoculation. However, only 6 days is needed by solid-state seed inoculation,Of the three inoculation methods,solid-state seed inoculation is the best way.(3)In the second transfer, the highest activity is 98.6%of that in the first transfer by solid-state seed and 61.9%of that in the first transfer by solid fermentation residue. Therefore, solid-state seed is a better inoculation methods.(4)When co-cultured between Trichoderma 1 and C.versicolor,Laccase activity could be 220.1 U/g(raw material)which was 5.2 times higher than that incubating C.versicolor alone. Laccase activity and hemicellulase activity reached the highest level 207.5U / g and 17.5U / g after 7d.(5)In appropriate conditions, the decolorization rate of brilliant blue KN-R,reactive brilliant blue RV-R and Acid Violet 43 reached 93.9%,94.9%,96.2%.The decolorization rate of Acid Yellow 36,Acid Red 35,Activity orange 7,Activity red 2 and Activity orange 1 reached 64.1%,82.7%,94.8%,89.5%,60.5%.
