The paper studied the Classification of Cribellatae (Araneae) (including species, distribution, Morphology, dissection and comparing of genitalia, Fauna ect) from Inner Mongolia. 19 species were found, that belonging to 12 genera, and 7 family of Cribellatae spiders from Inner Mongolia. Among them, one is new species (Dictyna wulashanica sp. nov.) to science. Three newly records of Inner Mongolia (Dictyna uncinata Thorell, 1856, Emblyna wangi (Song & Zhou, 1986), Octonoba sinensis (Simon, 1880) were described. The female'epigynum, male organ and body shapes of 19 species were figured. Every speices morphology was described. The keys of genus and species were given. The faunistic analysis of Inner Mongolia Cribellatae displayed that the Palaeartic speices was dominate among all species. 9 species belonging to Palaeartic only occupy 47.37 percent. In Inner Monglia, the most of Cribellatae distribute is in Northern-east, Northern-China and Mongolia–Xin jiang regions. 18 species belonging to Mongolia–Xin jiang, occupy 94.73 percent. 17 species belonging to Northern-China, occupy 89.47 percent. 11 species belonging to Northern-east, occupy 57.89 percent. Uloborus walckenaerius and Octonoba sinensis distributes in the most regions of China.
