Research On Monitor Technique Of Technology About High Performance Photocathode

The photocathode process technology is one of the heart technology of the image intensifier. Through discussing on prevalent photocurrent monitor method on multi-alkali photocathode, it is possible to convert the traditional photocathode process technology into auto computer monitor process technology.Firstly, based on working principles and feature parameters of multi-alkali photocathode, the principles supervising photocurrent methods of multi-alkali photocathode is discussed deeply in this thesis. In the analyzing the manual photocathode process technology and relation of signal between processing cart and processing station, a supervising system for photocathode technology . is developed by using computer auto control technology and electric circuit design technology, and furthermore, the supervisory software of special technology for system is programmed by using computer programming language. The system is easy to operated and controlled , it is possible to use widely and substitute manual operation. The system can save all the process data, and improve the photocathode product technology significantly, the photocathode developing and product condition can be reformed meanwhile.
