The self-organization principle was proposed in the 1970s when the researches of complex questions and the misalignment science emerged. In the past, a dynamics process was often considered to be carried in some equipment which is in isolates with the outside. And people thought that the dynamics process was moved by the interaction of the propelling force and the resistance which were contradictory and linear. But since the complex science emerges, people begin to understand that in fact these processes exist in a process system, which contains a series of subsystems or the sub-process. They interact according to the synergetic principle and organize to carry on spontaneously. Their relation is frequently misalignment.In recent years, many papers and works on the understanding and application, even the methodology and the philosophy question of the self-organization have been published. These papers have proposed many valuable and different viewpoints.The system is random in the process of the self-organization's evolution. Moreover, because of the chaotic, numerous conditions and the disturbance factors, the way which the system evolves seems to be non-identified in the aspects of quantity, direction and so on. The identity is a very important nature of the system self-organization's evolving. That's to say, although various subsystems which exist in the inside of the system are extremely complex misalignment, the system as a whole has certain directivity and goal. They seem to be contradictory, which actually provide a clue for the research on system's complexities.The great contribution what Galileo has made to the science is that he discovered the value of the experiment. In the research process of the misalignment and complex thing, the method of obtaining foreword parametric equation which was initiated by Haken also provide a method, which can make the complex thing simplify to the research on the systems science.Since it is difficult for us to research the complexity of the way choice's process, we should pay more energy in researching on the conditions of the disorderly initial point and the nature of the order end point.In order to explain this truth better, and will make every effort to explain "eliminating process hypothesis" clearly.
