The stability of the open-pit mine high slope affect not only the safety of residential buildings, school, passerby and cars beside the foot of slop, but the safety of the normal production facilities and the staff, along with the economic benefit of mine. The stability of the slop is influenced to a great extent by the blasting against slop. The blasting seismic waves can make the rock mass to be loosened and ruptured, even arouse the sliding failure. Thereby, it is of great signification and reference value to search on the stability and the dynamic response of slop under the blasting vibration. The high slop compounded from Jinduicheng open-pit mine slop and the waste-dump slop in northern ditch is taken as the research subject in this article. According to the method and system as "from the analysis of influence factor to the analysis of damage mechanism, to the dynamic characteristic analysis, to the analysis of dynamic stability, to the calculation and analysis of the stability, to numerical simulation analysis", this dissertation has researched the stability and the dynamic response of the slop influenced by blasting vibration.First, the influencing factor of the stability has been induced and summarized according to the data from the geological investigation and study. Then the in-depth research of the deformation and failure mechanism is made on this basis. Secondly, the dynamic character is got by statistics analysis of blasting vibration test. Then the research of dynamic stability is done and the stability coefficient is calculated by traditional circular arc method with the conclusion of being stable under the condition of blasting vibration. Last but not least, the research on the stability at the static and dynamic situation and the dynamic response laws are made respectively by carrying out the numerical simulation analysis of two slops in different excavation depth using FLAC2D soft.
