It has been investigated for the electron-positron pair creation in many cases, such as in the strong Coulomb potential and in the strong laser field. In the former case, it is generally concerned about the creation from two high energy nucleus's collision, in which the creation threshold can be easily reached. In the latter one, it is often focused on the standing wave or laser fields together with the nucleus potential, as no pairs can be produced from an electromagnetic plane wave (laser filed). In this work, utilizing the tunneling effect, we will study the pair creation in the combination of the Coulomb potential of double nucleus and the strong laser fields. It is thinkable that the pair creation rate will be doubled in comparison with the singly nuclear when the distance between the two nucleuses is large, but it will be quadrupled while the distance is very small. So we focus on the concrete relation between the creation rate and the distance of two nucleus. In the vicinal approximation, we find that the creation rates vary periodically. It is explicitly represented that the pair creation rate, positron spectrum, positron angular distribution, and photon absorption spectrum are all periodically correlated with the angle of the laser's incidence and the distance of the two nucleus, which also embodies the interference effect of two nucleus Coulomb potentials in the process of the pair creation.
