In view of the current problems existed in the development of Shanshan oilfield and start from the fine reservoir description, the reservoir properties and fluid properties in the process of developing the water injected oilfield were analyzed based on the concept of geostatistics and mathematical statistics theory. On the basis of new drilling logging data, this study has forecasted the reservoir parameters through the Kriging interpolation method and has determined reservoir parameters in the current development phase. It has also provided a basis for the further development of oil fields. We used non-homogeneous composite index method to analyze the heterogeneity between reservoir layers and inter-plane in Shanshan oilfield. We identified the reservoir heterogeneity distribution between layers and planar, and proposed the measures to improve the reservoir heterogeneity. We analyzed the original reservoir fluid properties and distribution, oil and gas distribution on the basis of the principle of mathematical statistics. Simultaneously, we got the liquid's transformation rule by the process of the water injected oilfield development. Besides, we analyzed the reasons for the change. Finally, by the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, we determined the water drive recovery efficiency (24.86 percent) of Shanshan oilfield.By the analysis of the reservoir exploitation in Shanshan oilfield, we calculated the reasonable well spacing density and the limiting well spacing density, we provided regulatory arrangement of encryption well. We did a feasibility analysis on the subdivision of reservoir in Shanshan oilfield, and predicted the reservoir production, which would provide a basis adjustment for the development of oilfield.
