Study On Forming Reservoir Potential Of Putaohua Reservoir In Gulong Area

Guided by high-resolution sequence stratigraphy, modern sedimentology, the theory of hydrocarbon controlling fracture and subtle reservoir exploration theory, the data of geology, seismics, well drilling, well logging, cores and analysis and testing are sufficiently utilized.First, high-resolution sequence stratigraphy subdivision and correlation of singal wells and on line wells are proceeded to establish stratigraphic framework accurately in study area. Based on above efforts,utilizing method of sequence stratigraphy subdivision and correlation to subdivide,trace and collate the major reservoirs of objective horizon, and to determine longitudinal and transverse comparative relationships and plan and section distributing rules of the major reservoirs. Tracing longitudinal and transverse distribution range of the major reservoirs of objective horizon to determine thickness,scale,conformation ,distribution range and attitude of them,and to forecast lithological borders. On the basis of core the data of well logging are utilized to subdivide single-well facies,to establish typical microfacies of the major reservoirs,to draw up the figure of dominant microfacies and to research reservoirs plane distribution of the major objective horizon. Oil and water distribution are generalized to determine main oil and water area and to provide reference in calculating reserves; On the basis of analysing the conditions of the reservoir formation, analyse the type of reservoirs, determine tow controlling factors, those are structure and lithology, through dissecting typical conditions and processes of the reservoir formation; generalize petroleum accumulation mechanism and model of oil and gas distribution in wellblock, synthesize the effort in studying the type of reservoir.Unite current status of exploratory and development, comprehensively evaluate reservoir and petroleum accumulation of objective horizon, preliminary determine oil domain, effective thickness and parameters in calculation of reserves,then calculate the geologic reserves of objective horizon.
