The transition belt of Lasaxing Oilfield, has 16.48% of the geologic reserve in all field, is the important part of Daqing Oilfield. In the past forty years, transition belt have made important contribution for extended high rate and stable yields. But recent years, along with work core of Daqing turn from water drive into polymer drive and present ternary composite drive, research and administer for transition belt have abated relatively, and the geologic characteristic of transition belt is relatively complication, the problem exposed is more and more seriously. Advancing recoverable reserves of transition belt for 1% equals to one year's production of outside oilfield, whether can unearth this potential affects achieving high rate, stable yields and the magnificent aim of centurial oil for Daqing oil. So the comprehensive research and harness of transition belt is extremely urgent.Beginning with development effect rating of transition belt and through establishing a suit of evaluating method by targets weighted comparing, the comprehensive rating and classification for 13 blocks in the transition belt is done in this paper, at the same time the blocks have same characteristic are classified one type and optimize one block to do close analysis. Through dissection the three typical blocks of north north block, north withand of the third mill, east withand of the fifth mill, ultimately finding out each problem and the main contradiction of them, the base reason of impacting these development effect is carried out, which can offer criterion to resolve the problems. Moreover, based on the employment condition, distribution trait of remaining oil and alternation relationship between accumulation oil-producing intensity, potential distribution trait of three blocks is analysed. Different adjustment countermeasures are proposed by potential distribution trait through aimed at resolving block conflict for every typical block. Through mathematical simulation, regulation effect and potential are forecasted, the best regulation effect which suit the block most is chosen on the basis of the block's actual case, moreover, advisable regulation methods for else are chosen. The potential of the block is forecasted in the light of regulation effect of typical block and development trait of oil layer for this block, finally calculated the result that if taking the method which given by the topic to proceed overall system adjustment in transition belt, recovery ratio can be lifted 4.583% only through water drive, the method has welcome application foreground and impressive economic results.
