The collision of atoms and molecules is very important in theoretical research and experimental application. Many researchers have great interest in it. On the foundation of plenty of theoretical work and experimental date,we calculated the differential cross section of 00-00 elastic collision and 00-02 rotation excitation collision of inert gases atom and H2(D2,T2) by using close—coupling approximation method and Tang—Toennies potential model in this paper(E=0.05eV,0.10eV,0.15eV,0.20eV,0.25eV). By analyzing the calculation results, the changing regularities of the differential cross sections with the increase of angles and the influence on the results because of the increasing energy of incoming atoms, variations in the mass of systems and isotope substitution have been obtained.
