The main works and contributions are summarized as follows:1.This dissertation mainly studies the development of navigation satellite.this paper briefly introduces the background and significance of research on the Accuracy Evaluation of Navigation Satellite Clock Bias.2.The mathematic and physical models on the accuracy evaluation of satellite clock bias is studied, and their models with error source is in detailed.3.This dissertation mainly studies the theory of the Accuracy Evaluation of Satellite Clock Bias Using the obersvation data, and the accuracy evaluation is researched.eg. the method between pseudo-range and real distance;between pseudo-range and SLR;SLR due way time synchronization between the satellite and the ground station; due way time synchronization between the satellite and the ground station.4.The carrier smoothed pseudo-range is briefly discussed. A weighting method is developed for Hatch-type filter. Based on this modified Hatch-type filter and precise ephemeris, the accuracy evaluation of satellite clock bias of broadcast ephemeris using GPS dual frequency phase-smoothed pseudo-range is researched. By comparison and anaysis, the following facts can be drawn. It improves the precision of pseudo-range using phase smoothing pseudo-range, and also improves the precision of satellite clock bias when the clock bias is calculated by using pseudo-ranges data, SLR and smoothed pseudo-ranges data.5.This paper presented the method for predicating the satellite clock error by the optimization method of Gray System Theory. The GM( 1,1) establishing, model calculation. The original sequence's transformation and model optimization method are discussed. and the parameter optimization method of gray system is given. Calculating results show that the parameter optimization method can improve the precision of the satellite clock error predicating.
