Precision is the core and key in the estimation of exterior ballistic trajectory. To improve the precision of estimation of ballistic trajectory involves the distribution geometry of stations, the construction of parametric models, parameters separation and estimation and the analysis and evaluation of the result. According to the actual requirement in shooting range, taking system theories and techniques by synthesizing with mathematical theories and methods as base and parametric modeling methods and parameter estimation theories as breakthrough point, the estimation of ballistic trajectory based on BeiDou/ Ground-based TT&C Network is researched in this paper.Through the fusion processing of the mount of simulation data, using the wavelet analysis theory, semi-parametric estimation theory and multi-model nonlinear regression estimation method, the contributions and works in this paper embody in data fusion theories, modeling and its engineering based on BeiDou/ Ground-based TT &C Network, which can be summarized as follows:1. Focusing on the identification and estimation on systematic error, this paper introduces wavelet analysis theory and uses the good character of wavelet transform to make pretreatment for measure data and analyze the character of measurement residual. In addition, compared the residual frequency division by wavelet method and spline time-frequency method, the results show that the wavelet analysis method is much better not only in data pretreatment, but also in frequency separation;2. Focusing on the distribution geometry of stations based on BeiDou/ Ground-based TT&C Network, this paper analyzes the effect on measure precision after adding BeiDou measure data under the station distribution of the present shooting range. The results show that the effect of the station distribution geometry is similar with its measure precision if BeiDou measurement is added.3. Focusing on the character of multi-model and multi-parameter based on BeiDou/Ground-based TT&C Network, this paper uses wavelet theory, multi-model and multi-parameter estimation theory and sparse parameter expression method to estimate the parameter of ballistic trajectory. The simulation results indicate that this method can identify and estimate the systematic error effectively, weak random error, and increase the ultimate precision of trajectory determination greatly.4. Focusing on the effect of dubious error and truncated error in measure data, this paper introduces the semi-parametric regression method and combines parameters estimation method of multi-model and multi-parameter as well as sparse parameter expression method to establish a nonlinear regression model and the corresponding estimation algorithm based on semi-parametric regression theory. This method integrates the advantages of semi-parametric method and multi model fusion method, which not only can reduce parameter number, but also can weaken the effect of dubious error and truncating error to the estimation precision. Finally, both from the theory analysis and the simulation experiment, the results show that this method can increase the ultimate precision of trajectory determination effectively.
