With the country's economic development , the state has increased the input of transport infrastructure , and in mountainous regions such as China's west , the road tunnel must be built . In the process of building the tunnel often encounter a lot of unfavorable geologic body,such as :fault,fracture zone,burst mud,water inflow,collapse,karst cave , cause problem to the efficiency and security to the construction of the tunnel . To resolve this problem,the technology prediction technique of seismic reflection wave methord (Tunnel Seismic Prodection----TSP) be found . The TSP methord can get the information of the unfaborable geologic body by receiving the reflection wave , such as the nature, location and size of , to achieve the purpose of forecasting . The TSP methord can make a prediction of geological conditions in front of 100 to 150 meters of working face.In the paper , I introduce the theories principle , the actual operation of data collection outside and data interpretation , analyze the principle of seismic reflection wave exploration , especially I research the reflect wave trave time curve of the reflectors with different dip angle and the diffraction wave trave time curve . When collecting data , I analyze the principle of designing geometry and the request of data acquisition to obtain good quality data ; when making data processing, I analyze all steps of the data processing and get a deep understanding of TSPWIN software ; when making data interpretation , I research the reflection coefficient,the rate between compressional wave and shear wave and ; all aspects of the data interpretation,make a point of view to make comprehensive interpretation . Finally,the accuracy and validity are proved by two examples of TSP methord in actual work.
