Oilfields development methods commonly used injection in our contury. Non-homogeneous of formation is serious and water content rises faster in development late. At present, average water content is above 80% and the eastern oil fields'water content is above 90%.Amount of work and the difficulty of water shut-off and profile control is increasing, but the potential of increase production is decreasing. So, study on water shut-off and profile control is becoming hot point. Gudong oil field is a loose sand reservoir. After years of high-speed development, it is higher degree of recovery and residual oil is less and scattered distribution. On the other hand, water flushed is very serious in some areas. There are high capacity channels and the communication between zones. The isotope monitoring approves that high capacity channels and the communication between zones exist in the reservoir. The difficulty of the "water control" is increasing because of high capacity channels Supra-molecular is combination of molecules, and binding force is non-covalence bond. Non-covalence bond is weak interaction, including Van der Waals force, electrostatic force and hydrogen bonding. Supra-moleculars are complex and orderly the entity and aggregation with specific function and nature, which is associated by non-covalent bond force Blend agent of cationic polyelectrolyte CFZ-300 has a strong interaction with formation, oil and stranded polymers. CFZ-300 cross-linking polymer can increase flowing resistance of fluid and viscous force of the oil film. At the same time, according to geologic characteristic and fluid property of Gudong oil field, residual oil is discussed, and slug optimization and construction technology optimization is researched. Distribution characteristic of residual oil, supra-molecular cation and water shutoff mechanisms are researched.Application in field had good effectiveness. Six wells is implemented, apparent water injectivity index fell by 36.5 percent, total oil increased by 8965 tons, which had good economic benefits.
