| China has a vast territory and large water system, due to natural geographical conditions and the impact of the monsoon, floods, and droughts occurred frequently. Since ancient times, water conservancy project in the national economy plays an important role. The hydrological work as the basis for water conservancy, its role is undisputable; it involves the water conservancy work and many economic social aspects.The issue stems from the Hydrological Bureau of Ji'an the crosswise cooperation issues. This paper analyzed the results of research on their predecessors, combined advanced embedded technology, power line carrier, dual audio communications,etc. effectively, proposed an embedded design of mud flow monitoring and control systems. In the console using ARM9 S3C2410A, using its own keyboard and the LCD controller, can display and input the control information, completely out of the PC restrictions; use dual audio communication for the first time, achieve the data transmission between console side of the lead fish side, has solved the instability of original hydrological data collection system in data transmission and control; improve the existing flow and sediment measurement methods, improve the measurement accuracy.The article mainly uses embedded processor S3C2410A, 89C52, double audio frequency send/receive chip MT5087/MT8870 as the hardware platform, VC++6.0 as a software design platform. The article focused on the study:①The hydrology cableway water sample gathering automatic control question, including the inlet valve seal and the control system design;②the design of dual audio communication module;③achieve hydrological cableway water level, flow, sand measurement;④the design of computer operation software;⑤entire system power supply problems.The system developed in the ADS and VC++6.0 software platform and realized in hardware, after the consummation achieved the anticipated effect, the system board now has been applied to the water conservancy scene to carry on the further test, for the finally thrust this system into the market and the widespread application has established a solid foundation. |
