Recently, quantum information has gotten greatly developments. Further developments will not be easy; therefore it will be wonderful and attractive. Quantum information is a new interdisciplinary subject that is a combination of quantum mechanics and classic information science. Quantum information, which is based on the basic theory of state superposition principle of quantum mechanics, mainly researches information management. It includes quantum cryptography, quantum communication and quantum computer and so on. The applications of quantum information are active areas and the developments on quantum information are very important. The entropy which is a quantitative index of the entanglement was discussed in this paper. By using the multiphoton J-C model, the dynamical properties of the field entropy in the system that consists of a two-level atom interacting with a single-mode field via multiphoton transition are studied. The curves of the entropy evolving with the time were obtained by numerical calculating, and some analyses were made about the curves. The controlled open-destination teleportation is theoretically studied in the paper, and four schemes were put forward and demonstrated in theory: Controlled open-destination teleportation via GHZ particles; The controlled open-destination teleportation where controller have an auxiliary particle; Controlled open-destination teleportation via entanglement swapping; Controlled open-destination teleportation of two-particle partly entanglement state.
