Baishitouwa tungsten deposit of Taipisiqi , Inner Mongolia , located on the northern margin of the north China platform has experienced a long time and complicated evolution process in the geologic history .Combining with the former achievements on ore prospecting and the the known mineralization regularity of the deposit ,this research have a prospecting practice at the outer of the mine area what basically found out the geological characteristics of the research area,such as stratigraphic , lithology, structural, magmatic rocks and related mineralization characteristics.And unifies the mining area petrochemistry, the trace element, the rare-earth element analysis and the research, discusses the home court to mineralize ,the material to originate, the ore deposit origin and to carry on the mineralization forecast.The research area main appearing stratum for Inner Mongolian white clouds Hubei abundant group seventh crag group,is composed by three lothological section, the lithological character for deteriorates the mica silicarenite, two mica quartz-schist, the marble and so on. The research area is located on the baishitouwa-liuguiyingzi multiple syncline with a series of small fold lies in the wings of wrinkle and in which there are NEE(the majorore-controlling structure) and NS nearly strike faults,specially NEE to with the NW to the quartz vein overlapping spot, is most important accommodates the mine institute.Based on to mining area and periphery rock mass petrology, petrochemistry, trace element geochemistry, rare-earth element geochemistry characteristic analysis, thought the home court appears black mica granite for main mineralization mother rock. The ore decompose belt take the granite body as a center, seeks the high school warm black tungsten, the copper, the lead zinc in the duplicate syncline south wing primarily, looks for the gold, the silver in the duplicate syncline northern wing primarily. Which discovered in the mining area periphery has determined four pre-research areas, based on this conclusion and the mineralization phenomenon.
