In this paper, the real age of the components under the warm situation is discussed,based on the baseline ageing system, we obtained the real age of components under thewarm situation, based on the result of Cha et al.(2008) , we discussed the warm standbysystems with units of Makeham distribution and Gompertz distribution , and showed theirreliabilities by figures, we also investigates the heterogeneity of components with inversehazard rates in a redundant system.The main contents of this paper can be summarized as following:1. From the age of the components under the warm situation , we discussed the thewarm standby system.2. Based on the result of Cha et al.(2008), we investigate the warm standby systemswith components of Makeham distribution or Gompertz distribution .3.We discussed the reliability of the warm standby system with components havingproportional inverse hazards rates, and we build an optimal model for a warm standbysystem in order to minimize the cost.4.Some questions which will be discussed are proposed.
