With the development of information technique, the research of every field is becoming more and more complex, such as the research on the brain, financial system and social economy system. It is very important to give qualitative and quantitative estimation to the whole condition of the complex system and some detail information to describe the system. This paper described the fuzzy theory and chart expression principle of the multi-dimensional statistical analysis in the train comfort level appraisal, introducing one theory that is qualitative to quantitative information conversion and the multivariate data fusion based on the fuzzy theory and chart expression principle.Firstly, the article introduces the basic concept of fuzzy math by introduce the fuzzy the background and the basic concept of fuzzy math, at the same time, it expounded the chart expression principle theory.Secondly, in this paper, a fusion method of qualitative and quantitative information transformation based on chart representation theory was studied. According to the monotone and interzone attribute of variable, this paper give the definition of the monotone and interzone function. The different functions are given different area calculation method, and expanded interzone function, then it research the change of interval variable based on the variable change of elementary function.In the end, the article elaborates on fuzzy theory, introducing one kind method of graph value unifies the chart expression principle assessment method. Through extracting characteristic vector, it carries on the fusion of multi objective value. And will fuzzy the theory unifies with the chart expression principle. The theory and method were used to comfort evaluation to evaluate train comfort level.
