Recent years, statistic physical scientists have made many efforts to explain the ageing phenomena by modeling based on ageing theories. The typically evolution models of biological ageing are introduced, which are Partridge-Barton model, Dasgupta model, Heumann-Hotzelmodel, Penna model and Stauffer model. The detailed rules and basic results of all these models are referred. Then, we gave out the ideas of NK model and the Bak-Sneppen model, which are the most famous models in complexity science. In the last chapter, a string-like simulation model for biological aging based on infinite alleles assumption is introduced. The dynamics can all lead to stationary states under different initial conditions, and the steady population is same weather the initial fitness is all 1 or random. The age structure, survival rate and mortality are in accord with empirical results. The fitness distribution of one year agents and that of two year ones give a possible reason for the higher mortality of the youngest individuals.
