In recent years more and more attentions have been paid on the study of complex networks which have penetrated many areas of our life. In this paper we mainly study the models with the structure of community, and also consider the character of the changing time. Firstly to study the time changing to network's evolution, we propose a weighted network with the exponential growth. Theoretical analysis shows that a node's strength, degree and the weights obey power-law distribution. Then we consider characteristic of community structure and local-world, and propose a evolving local-world model with community structure. Also we do the Theoretical analysis to the model. In order to study the effect of the community structure and time evolution, two model models respectively based on the scale of community and time evolution are proposed. Also the character of accelerating growth and community are considered. Theoretical analysis indicates that the changing of the community's scale, the node strength in the community, between two communities and amid the community all obey power-law distribution. Finally we make a general conclusion and give a expectation to the priorities of the research in the future.
